Here we can chapters as Importance of public lightings or Gulations and norms in ralation to public lightings. The bigist and special attention is concentrated to description to public lightings systems and it is basic components. Another main part of this work is demonstration of used systems that are leading to energy savings for public lightings. These problems are detailed and explained in chapter Regulation of public lighting systems. This graduation work is describing individual types of regulation with the systems that are used with these regulatios in systems of public lightings. The assignment of last part of graduation work was to make sample calculation of energy demand and calculatin of yearly consumption on exemplary temporary system of public lightings. For this occasion was extra special auxiliary application sytem set up inside the Microsoft Excel program where all individual calculations were done.

Hrachovinová, Petra ; Kučera, Tomáš (referee) ; Raclavský, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with a technical equipment in an urbanized area, especially with underground lines of 3rd and 4th category (according to the Czech norms). The theoretical part consists of research of species, methods, principles of conduction and connections, and materials of underground lines. In the practical part, there are applied basic gained knowledge for a construction of technical equipment in the development location in a village called Náklo.
Design of public lighting for the improvement of road safety
Krejčí, Miroslav ; Fojtášek, Jan (referee) ; Zháňal, Lubor (advisor)
This paper is focused on quality assessment of public lighting systems. These systems are compared to the standard requirements of road lighting rules. Inconvenient systems are redesign with help of lighting design software DIALux in order to fulfill these rules. Part of this paper is dedicated to other issues like pedestrian crossings, color effect and economy.
Utilization of light emitting diode for public lighting
Rozsypálek, Tomáš ; Zatočilová, Aneta (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and construct a prototype of public lighting using the LED technology. The first part of the thesis describes the history of public lighting. The second part of bachelor thesis deals with design concepts, selection of appropriate design, selection of purchased materials and parts, construction drawing of the chosen design, assembly and installation of light fitting and demonstration of the final prototype. The output of this work is a created prototype of light fitting for public lighting.
Traffic situation in the city centre of Havlíčkův Brod and its solution
Tobek, Miroslav ; Lýsek, Tomáš (referee) ; Smělý, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the solution of the traffic situation in the city center of Havlíčkův Brod. Reverse calculation of the luminous intensity curves of street lighting luminaires
Knápková, Dagmar ; Baxant, Petr (referee) ; Škoda, Jan (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with the reverse calculation of luminous curves for roads according to ČSN EN 13201. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic requirements and procedures for calculating the luminous curves. The practical part describes the program, created in the Matlab environment, which is designed for the practical calculation of the ideal luminous curve, for each situation given by the user. Further particular example of the calculation is given.
Proposal of the village public lighting
Schittenhelm, Dominik ; Baxant, Petr (referee) ; Štěpánek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part is theoretical and its main focus is the description of public lighting and the theory regarding lighting technology. The second part continues with the research of the current state in Bezděkov village. The thesis further describes the proposal for the village public lighting with the use of HPS and LED technology, where village models are made for both options to show the requested result. The last part of the work deals with cables dimensioning, the selection of the most effective regulations for lighting, and finally the economic assessment of both projects, while both the investment expenses and the public lighting service fees for the next 20 years are included.
Economic Efficiency and Financial Feasibility of Project Realized by Municipality
Vik, Vladimir ; Hejduková, Amálie (referee) ; Hromádka, Vít (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a public lighting and its direct impact on the financial management of the municipality. Within this analysis the basic methods and ways, which the municipality use in the field of a management and a maintenance of the public lighting system, were described. Analysis of Electric Power Consumption of Public Lighting
Varmuža, Jan ; Pavelka, Tomáš (referee) ; Paar, Martin (advisor)
The thesis deals with analysis of the public lighting system from the point of view of light sources and luminaries. It focuses on the specifics of the lighting systems such as lighting for pedestrian crossings or decorative lighting. It analyzes the energy consumption depending on daylight and how it manifests a shift sunrise and sunset on the consumption of electricity. The work clarifies how the model can be simplified sunrise, sunset for the entire Czech Republic. Based on the distribution of municipalities with population over 10,000 and modeling of sunrise and sunset calculation is carried out power consumption of lighting systems and compared to the total consumption of the Czech Republic. Simplification is an estimate of the consumption of electricity to villages to 10 000 people on the basis of the estimate, the final consumption of electricity for public lighting for the entire Czech Republic.
